Director, Colorado School for Family Therapy, is Chair of CAP’s Legislative Committee. Learn how Sunset Review can impact the right to practice psychotherapy. Explore strategies for influencing Sunset Review to protect the Registered Psychotherapist designation and our right to practice as mental health professionals. Learn how to share information with your legislator. Leave with talking documents to distribute to your Legislator. 

DIVERSE PSYCHOTHERAPIES: CBT, LENS, Hypnotherapy and more– Why they all are effective. 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Dr. Judith Miller, Ph.D., RP and Ed Bostick, MPA, CHT, RP will review different modalities being successfully used to treat TBI, PTSD, addiction and other mental health issues. Dr. Miller will share her science based drug free approach to addiction recovery as shared in her new book Boots on the Ground . Ed Bostick will share the latest developments in hypnotherapy.
