Enhance Your Psychotherapy Practice with Creativity Therapy with Ruby Seaton PhD, ruby@artlifecreation.com    6:30 pm at The Artlife Studio, 4949 Broadway, Suite 204. Boulder 80304

Join Dr. Seaton, a professional member of Colorado Association of Psychotherapists, on an exploration of new interfaces between existing psychotherapeutic models and a creativity therapy called Artlife. Review how creativity therapy can enhance the practice of psychotherapy. Creativity therapy explores our universal, deep-rooted creative abilities. It contributes to the field of psychotherapy by expanding and accelerating healing and growth through a rich intermix of intuitive, psychological and intellectual ways of knowing. Artlife incorporates practicing many forms of art, including visual, verbal, musical, dance, performance, ritual, craft-making, and daily-life arts. Dr. Seaton developed Artlife to integrate free-form creative play into journeys of healing and of self-inquiry. Discover ways that experiential Artlife techniques can benefit your clients.

Dr. Seaton has been in private practice for almost thirty years as a holistic, body-mind integrating psychotherapist. In addition to her psychotherapy practice with individuals and couples, Dr. Seaton facilitates: Crossing into Creativity: An ongoing art+life program; Healing into Sexual Wholeness: An ongoing art-therapy program for women; and Scrapbooking your Imagination: on ongoing bi-weekly class. Dr. Seaton is the Sounds True author of Artlife: Creative journeys for life healing, and is currently writing Creativity, love and nature in times of fertile chaos.  www.artlifecreation.com
