Freedom from Emotional Imprisonment Presentation counts for two hours of Colorado Continuing Competency Units (CCs).

Colorado Association of Psychotherapists hosts Carol O’Dowd in an exploration of the meaning of freedom.  In these days of turmoil and anxiety, it is easy to imprison ourselves. Carol will share with us how freedom from anxiety and fear can be discovered in daily living.  It is possible to find heaven in the midst of hell and to discover the extraordinary in the ordinary.  Explore practices for finding peace in the midst of chaos. Learn techniques for transforming fear and frustration into healthy actions. Carol’s  will share from her book being planned for release this year.  Walking Through Walls:  A Mother’s Quest to Free Her Son from an Indonesian Prison
