Sue Ellen Strother, Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques/EFT Practitioner, opened her Tap InTuit Healing practice in the Highlands area of Northwest Denver in 2009.  Sue Ellen encourages you to experience an hour of EFT tapping for the reduction and control of the negative impact of holiday stress. She'll begin the tapping group this way:

I invite you to take a few minutes to notice what feelings or thoughts you experience while deeply imagining that the upcoming “holiday season” is here in full force. Are you in sync with the promises of joyful excitement or annoyed by the onslaught of ads and commercials designed to make you want to go out and buy happiness and joyfulness even when

Your finances say “no way!”, or

You sense dread or resentment, or

You experience feelings of loss, sadness or isolation, or

You have noticeable emotional lows and/or increased anxiety…

For whatever reasons.

The messages we hear and see over and over inform us that the holiday season is supposed to be artfully fun and excessive in all manner of material and sensory pleasures. The reality is that the holiday season is often anything but and perhaps that’s true for you or some of your clients.

Feelings of sadness, loss, isolation, dread or resentment, along with irritability, frustration, depression or anxiety are felt by millions throughout the season even though they may be hidden behind a mask of pretense and trying. Let’s face it - for many, the holiday season can feel like the ultimate annual stress-out event!

Please join us to experience firsthand the phenomenon of "borrowing benefits" in an EFT tapping group and take-away an energy psychology tool designed to comfort and support you long after the holiday season has ended.

“Radically improve your life with EFT tapping!

The Denver CAP Network is dedicated to "Integrity, Diversity and Belonging". Our monthly meetings are hosted under the leadership of CAP members Karin Dremel and Dr Carol Ann Watson.

We at CAP hope you will be able to attend this meeting to lunch, learn and network. There is no charge for attendance. You may bring your lunch or purchase something at Natural Grocers. (Free parking is available). The meeting is held in the kitchen meeting room located in the southeast corner of the market.

CAP is building a Resource Data Base to enable us to fill meeting/speaking dates well in advance.  This will ensure continuity of monthly meetings and help you save the dates.  Please share with us information about interesting speakers you see or meet elsewhere...or how about yourself?  Send suggestions for continuing education speakers to kdremel@msudenver.edu
